* For Shikhar ji jain tirth yatra mountains are not allowed at Lacchuar, in case if required, additional charges of rs 3000 shall be applicable for tempo traveller rental services and rs1500 for Sedan or SUV cars.

* Kms & hrs are based on garage to garage basis, extra charges shall be applicable beyond said limit, also increase in km due to diversion road construction road blockage due to procession or by the administration customer shall be liable to pay actual km running garage to garage.

* For sedan/Suv cars Night Driving charges Night charges of Rs. 250/- applicable after 10.30pm.

* For sedan/Suv cars Night Halt Charges of Rs. 250/night in case of Halt apart from Night Driving Charges.

* For Tempo Travellers Night Driving charges of Rs. 500/- applicable after 09.00pm.

* For Tempo Travellers Night Halt Charges of Rs. 500/night in case of Halt apart from Night Driving Charges

* Any tax, toll tax. state permit & state tax, parking, nagar nigam, Nepal bhansar, border crossing fee or any other Road expenses/Govt fees not included in the tariff.

* Car Hired for wedding purposes doesn't include any decorations.

* Above tariff is not applicable for wedding purposes, plz do contact us for special requirements/services.

* After midnight (i.e after 12am) 2nd day charges will be applicable as per tariff.

* AC (Air Condition) will be switched off in heavy traffic/hilly areas to avoid breakdown.

* Guests are requested to keep the car neat and clean as much possible. cleaning charges of rs 300 upto Suv cars & 500 for Tempo Travellers will be chargeable in case of non compliance.

* For tempo traveller - Electronic items such as smps infotainment LED TV charging ports are not guaranteed in case of fuse burn shot or damages due to any reason, we try our best to get them repaired but during season sometimes its difficult to manage time in close consideration of next reporting and therefore no discount or deduction can be claimed.

* Booking will be confirmed only if token money is received. no booking reference shall be generated without token money, advance payments received against tempo traveller bookings shall not be refunded if cancelled by the customer. For tempo travellers bookings based on discounted fares are not eligible to claim any back up facilities.
